Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Onion 1 , grated
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Nutmeg 1 Dash, freshly grated
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Dredge)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients barring thw wheat germ and form eight cakes out of it
2. Dredge the cakes in wheat germ and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet; grill them.

SERVING
3. Serve hot
