Sweet Potato Praline Bake

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3⁄4 Pound, pared
  Sweet potatoes/Yams 3⁄4 Pound, pared, cooked and mashed
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Margarine 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Gingersnap cookies 1⁄2 Ounce
  Gingersnap cookies 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (3 In Number)
  Pecans 1⁄2 Ounce, ground
  Pecans 1⁄2 Ounce
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon, firmly packed
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, whipped
  Whipped butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 400° F
2. Take a medium mixing bowl and combine in it potatoes (or yams), eggs, and margarine.

MAKING
3. Spray 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and place potato mix in the casserole.
4. Bake the mix for 15 minutes.
5. Take a small bowl and add into rest of the ingredients
6. Sprinkle the ingredients mix over potato mix.
7. Continue with the baking process until pecan mix turns golden brown. It will take 5-10 minutes time.

SERVING
8. Serve the potato bake warm and sprinkle with seasoning (optional)
