Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Chinese sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diagonally sliced
  Bean sprouts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pimientos 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a small skillet and heat oil in it.
2) Sauté celery in it until tender.
3) Mix in sprouts, pimientos, and soy sauce and sauté them for 1 minute.
4) To a serving dish, transfer the vegetables and add in sesame seed.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
