Mixed Vegetable Grill
|Red pepper||1 , seeded|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded|
|Small onion||1 Small|
|Squash zucchini||1 Medium|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
1 Cut the peppers, onion, squash and carrot into 1/2-inch pieces.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 In a bowl, add oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
4 Place the vegetables in the grill and drizzle with oil and lemon seasoning.
5 Grill for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are al dente.
6 Serve immediately.
