Ingredients
  Butternut squash 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pears 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2. In an 8 X 8-inch (20 X 20-cm) casserole dish, put together all ingredients.
3. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 1 hour until all ingredients are tender.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
