Red Beets In The Pink

|Beets||500 Milliliter, cooked, sliced or cubed (2 Cups)|
|Yogurt||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Freshly grated nutmeg||1 Dash|
1. Cook the beets and then drain the beets
2. Add yoghurt to the beets while they are still hot from the cooking process.
3. Add the freshly grated nutmeg
4. Toss the mixture
5. Serve hot immediately or chill and serve cold.
