Red Beets In The Pink

Ingredients
  Beets 500 Milliliter, cooked, sliced or cubed (2 Cups)
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook the beets and then drain the beets
2. Add yoghurt to the beets while they are still hot from the cooking process.
3. Add the freshly grated nutmeg
4. Toss the mixture

SERVING
5. Serve hot immediately or chill and serve cold.
