Oven Braised Celery

Ingredients
  Celery stalks 10 (Or 1 Head)
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Water 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Onions 30 Milliliter, finely chopped (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a medium baking pan, tip in the celery stalks
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. (190°C.)

MAKING
3. In a small bowl, mix in the tamari, water and chopped onions.
4. Pour this mix on top of the celery
5. Bake covered in a preheated oven 375°F.(190°C.) oven for one hour

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
