Sweet Potato Bisque

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Medium
  Cream cheese 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chicken stock 375 Milliliter (Homemade, 1 1/2 Cups)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash the sweet potatoes but do not peeled; cut into cubes.

MAKING
2. In a pot of boiling water, add sweet potato cubes; cover and boil until tender.
3. Drain and mash the potatoes.

FINALISING
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mash potato with Yogurt Cream Cheese and stock or process in a blender on medium speed until smooth.

SERVING
5. Serve warm.
