Sweet Potato Crispies
|Sweet potatoes||2 Large|
|Shortening/Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1.Cut and remove the outer layer of sweet potatoes.
2.Chop them finely and dry the strips well using a paper towel.
3.Take a small saucepan, put shortening in sufficient vegetable oil to make it 2inch height in the pan.
4.Heat the oil to 350 degrees.
5.Put potatoes, a handful at a time, and fry until brown.
6.Once done, take them out using a slotted spoon on a paper towel.
7.Serve sweet potato crispies with dips.
