Christmas Tree Relish Tray
|Mustard greens/Chicory/curly endive toothpicks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Tablespoon|
|Zucchini slice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cauliflower florets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot stick||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Radish roses||1 Tablespoon|
1 Starting from the base, encircle the styrofoam cone with a layer of greens, attaching them with wire staples or upholstery pins.
2 Overlapping the first layer, add a second one.
3 Continue adding layers until the entire cone is covered, working upwards.
4 Spear the vegetables with toothpicks and decorate the cone with them.
5 Set "tree" on a tall compote or footed cake stand, and position extra vegetables around the base.
6 Serve along with a bowl of dip sauce placed nearby.
