Cottage Cheese Topping for Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chives 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In the container of a blender, combine all the ingredients.
2) Cover the container and blend at high speed for 1 minute, or until the mixture is creamy.

SERVING
3) Serve the cottage cheese topping on baked potatoes.
