Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet potatoes/Yams 22 Ounce (Drained)
Directions

MAKING
1) In the saucepan put all ingredients except sweet potatoes.
2) Stir and cook till thick and bubbly.
3) Scrape and cut sweet potatoes in chunks.
4) Add to glaze.
5) Stir till heated and lightly glazed.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
