Ingredients
  Canned kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned lima beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned black eyed peas 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Red bell pepper To Taste, sliced
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine/Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried leaf marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried leaf basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Rinse drained beans with water and drain again.

MAKING
2) In a serving bowl combine all ingredients.
3) Cover with a lid and place aside for 6 hours to marinate.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled as a side dish or on lettuce leaves as a salad.
