|Canned lima beans||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned black eyed peas||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Red bell pepper||To Taste, sliced|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wine/Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried leaf marjoram||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried leaf basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1) Rinse drained beans with water and drain again.
2) In a serving bowl combine all ingredients.
3) Cover with a lid and place aside for 6 hours to marinate.
4) Serve chilled as a side dish or on lettuce leaves as a salad.
