Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 500 Gram, scrubbed (1 Pound)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Make 5 mm / 1/4 inch slices out of the sweet potatoes and brush with the oil
2. On an oiled barbecue grill over moderately hot coals grill for about 5 minutes on each side such that tender.

SERVING
3. Serve with aioli.
