Creamy Red Potatoes
|Small red potatoes||2 Pound, quartered|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Canned cream of potato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry ranch salad dressing mix||1 (1 Envelope)|
1) In a slow cooker, put the potatoes.
2) Beat the cream cheese, salt dressing mix and soup together. Stir the mixture into the potatoes.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours, till the potatoes are soft.
4) Serve hot.
