Skillet Golden Sweets
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned sweet potatoes||18 Ounce (1 Pound 2 Ounce, One Can)|
|Prunes||6 , stewed, pitted|
1) Heat a frying pan.
2) In the pan, add butter or margarine with marmalade, lemon juice and water.
3) Add prunes and potatoes.
4) Cook the potatoes and prunes slowly for 15 minutes while basting frequently until fully glazed.
5) Serve the glazed prunes and potatoes as side dish.
