Brussels Sprouts And Grapes

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in half
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Seedless white grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a covered saucepan simmer brussels sprouts in beer for about 8 minutes till tender.
2) Drain the mixture.
3) Dot butter over sprouts.
4) Season with salt and pepper.
5) Add grapes and heat thoroughly.

SERVING
6) Serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
