Raw Yam Fries

Ingredients
  Sweet potato 1 Large
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Peel and slice a large sweet potatoes. Cut into fry shapes, but twice as thick as regular skinny fries.
2. Put in a bag with the seasonings and oil, and shake to coat well.
3. Dehydrate for 4 to 5 hours at 104 degrees.
