Herb Fried Drumsticks

Ingredients
  Chicken drumsticks 16
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Wash and pat dry the drumsticks, brush butter on it and sprinkle thyme and rosemary; cover and let stand an hour
2. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper; roll the chicken in this mixture
3. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken evenly on all sides; cook till fork tender and turn several times

4. Serve as appropriate
