|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled, seeded, and chopped|
|Bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Add all ingredients except bread and seasoning.
Cover and cook until tender.
Combine with bread crumbs and salt.
