Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Diagonally sliced carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Snap beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), broken into 1 inch pieces
  Summer squash slices 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thinly sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt margarine.
2) Add vegetables and salt.
3) Cover and cook vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally till they are crisp-tender.
4) Add pepper and seasoning.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
