Rhubarb, Orange And Ginger Marmalade
|Rhubarb||10 Pound, cut into 1 inch lengths|
|Oranges||6 , thinly sliced|
|Candied ginger||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained of syrup and diced|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Each Solidly Packed Cup Of Fruit.)|
Mix all together and let stand at least overnight.
Boil for 1 hour or until thick.
Bottle in sterilized jars and seal with wax, unless you are using the new small screw-top sealers.
