Drumstick Dinner

Ingredients
  Frozen turkey drumsticks 4 Pound, thawed (4 Pieces, 1 Pound Each)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned chicken broth 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ginger marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

MAKING
2.In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil;put drumsticks in it and brown on low flame.
3.Once done, take the drumsticks out.
4.Put onions in the pan and saute well in the drippings until tender.
5.Add salt, pepper and chicken broth to it and heat the mixture until it starts boiling.
6.Put the mixture on low flame and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
7.Once the drumsticks are soft, take them out and put on a shallow roasting pan.
8.In a small saucepan, mix marmalade, molasses, vinegar, mustard and ginger and heat until it boils.
9.Apply a small part on teh drumsticks.
10.Bake drumsticks for 40 minutes, apply molasses sauce several time.

SERVING
11.Serve turkey over risotto; garnish with jellied cranberry sauce.
