|Rhubarb||4 1⁄2 Pound|
|Lemons juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)|
|Sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
1 Wipe clean the rhubarb,trim and cut the stems into 1 inch pieces (Prepared weight should be approx 3 pounds).
2 In a large bowl put the rhubarb and layer with sugar and add lime juice.Let it stand overnight.
3 In a pan transfer the contents of the bowl and bring it to a boil.
4 Boil rapidly until setting point is reached.
5 Serve as desired.
