Seasoned Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Snow peas 2 1⁄2 Ounce, trimmed
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bamboo shoots 2 1⁄2 Ounce, quartered (75 Gram)
  Dried black mushrooms 8 , soaked
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dark soy sauce 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1 Dash
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon, blended
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan with boiling water, blanch snow peas for 5 seconds and then drain.
2) In a wok, heat oil, to stir fry the snow peas with salt and sugar for 30 seconds.
3) In another pan, add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chicken stock, and other seasonings.
4) Bring to boil first, and then simmer for 1 minute.
5) Add the snow peas and thicken with corn flour.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
