Sweet Potato Pie
|Sweet potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pie crusts||2 (9 Inch)|
1. In a bowl combine and mix well all ingredients, without the pie crusts.
2. Take each pie shell and pour half the mixture into them.
3. Let it bake approximately one hour at 350 degrees.
Serve the cake when cooled in slices. Ideal for cozy family dinners.
