Sweet Potato Scones

Ingredients
  Mashed sweet potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter milk 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix mashed sweet potato, butter and milk together.
Add sifted flour and baking powder.
Mix well.
Roll out and cut into shapes.
Bake in a hot oven.
