Colorful Carrot Ring
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Carrots||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cooked|
|Brown sugar/Maple sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Place all ingredients in food processor; process 1 minute or until carrots are cut very fine.
Turn into an 8-inch ring mold; set in a shallow pan of water; bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set and firm.
Un-mold on serving plate; fill center with liny peas.
