Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Large
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 2⁄3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut sweet potatoes into 4 or 5 pieces after removing the potatoes’ peels and heat for about 8 minutes.
2. Mash the hot sweet potatoes and mix butter, sugar, milk and brand and stir well.

SERVING
3. Transfer to serving dish, top with cinnamon and serve hot.
