Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, scrubbed clean and dried
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (100°C).
Prick the potatoes all over with a fork and then rub them with the butter.
Place them on the oven rack or on a baking sheet and bake for 1 to 1/2 hours or until the skin is very crisp and the potatoes are tender in the center—test them with a fork.
Serve hot.
