|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Courgettes||1 Pound, trimmed and coarsely grated (450 Grams)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Chopped fresh mixed herbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
1) In a large frying pan heat oil and add garlic and courgettes. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes, until the courgette shreds begin to change color.
2) Now, remove the pan from heat and sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper.
3) Toss freshly cooked pasta with sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
