Spinach Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Raw spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed and well drained
  Radishes 6 , thinly sliced
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  French dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground marjoram 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Creamed cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), creamed
  Stuffed olives 4 , sliced
Directions

Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
Add radishes, onion, and French dressing; toss lightly.
Add yogurt and marjoram to cheese; blend.
Arrange 6 mounds of cheese mixture on spinach.
Garnish each mound with olive slices.
Makes 6 servings.
