|Cooked beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Thin cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggless mayonnaise supreme||1|
Tear watercress and lettuce into small pieces and place in three separate sections on a platter alternating with peas, cauliflower and kidney beans in the lettuce cups.
Serve with a bowl of cheese and a bowl of the Garlic Mayonnaise Supreme.
Here is the recipe for this mayonnaise: 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 tblspn, grated onion 4 tblspn, lemon juice 1 tblspn, malt vinegar 1/2 cup catsup dash of Tabasco sauce dash of paprika dash of fresh pepper 1/2 cup salad oil Mix well in a jar.
