VEGETABLE PLATTER

Ingredients
  Watercress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce heads 2
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw cauliflowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Thin cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggless mayonnaise supreme 1
Directions

Tear watercress and lettuce into small pieces and place in three separate sections on a platter alternating with peas, cauliflower and kidney beans in the lettuce cups.
Serve with a bowl of cheese and a bowl of the Garlic Mayonnaise Supreme.
Here is the recipe for this mayonnaise: 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 tblspn, grated onion 4 tblspn, lemon juice 1 tblspn, malt vinegar 1/2 cup catsup dash of Tabasco sauce dash of paprika dash of fresh pepper 1/2 cup salad oil Mix well in a jar.
