Zucchini With Walnuts And Orange

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 , sliced finger thick
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced thin
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the zucchini in finger thick slices. Thinly slice onions.

MAKING
2) In a fry pan, heat oil over high heat and quickly fry onion slices.
3) Put in walnuts and stir for 1-2 minutes.
4) Add zucchini slices and fry till they turn brown.
5) Pour orange juice and season with salt, pepper and tarragon. Cook for a single minute.

SERVING
6) Serve warm by garnishing with fresh tarragons.
