Boiled Leeks

Ingredients
  Leeks 2 Bunch (200 gm), prepared
  Boiling water/Chicken/ beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, arrange the leeks and cover with water or broth.
2. Cover pan with lid and place on a medium low flame.
3. Simmer leeks for 5minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Drain liquid and add butter, salt, and pepper to taste and toss well
5. Heat for 2-3 minutes until butter is melted.

SERVING
6. Dish out and serve warm
