Sun Dried Tomato And Shallot

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Oil from dried tomatoes 2 Tablespoon (From A Jar Of Sun-Dried Tomatoes)
  Shallots 8 Ounce, thinly sliced (225 Gram)
  Sun dried tomatoes in oil 3 Ounce, chopped (Drained Weight, 75 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped fresh parsley 6 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1
  Feta cheese in oil with herbs 6 Ounce (Drained Weight, 175 Gram)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil init. Stir in shallots and saute until browned and soft, stirring occasionally.
2) Now, put in parsley, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Saute the mixture for about 1-2 minutes.
3) Next, add feta cheese and pepper as per taste.

SERVING
4) Spread the sauce over freshly cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
