Sun dried Tomato and Shallot
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Oil from dried tomatoes||2 Tablespoon (From A Jar Of Sun-Dried Tomatoes)|
|Shallots||8 Ounce, thinly sliced (225 Gram)|
|Sun dried tomatoes in oil||3 Ounce, chopped (Drained Weight, 75 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped fresh parsley||6 Tablespoon|
|Feta cheese in oil with herbs||6 Ounce (Drained Weight, 175 Gram)|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil init. Stir in shallots and saute until browned and soft, stirring occasionally.
2) Now, put in parsley, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Saute the mixture for about 1-2 minutes.
3) Next, add feta cheese and pepper as per taste.
4) Spread the sauce over freshly cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
