Watercress Boiled

Ingredients
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

Cook and prepare as for spinach.
Chop finely with butter and pinch nutmeg.
Reheat and serve as vegetable, or serve cold with salad.
It has high nutritive value.
