Stir Fried Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Scallions 4 , chopped
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oriental sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut asparagus diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces.
Stir-fry asparagus, mushrooms and scallions in peanut oil in wok or skillet until tender-crisp.
Add salt, sugar and sesame oil; mix well.
Serve immediately.
