|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bake or boil in very little water in their jackets, as they retain their nutritive value and are sweeter cooked this way.
Skin, mash with butter, then stir in orange juice, grated rind of 1/2 the orange and a few raisins.
