Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, melt butter, add onions and sauté till they turn golden.
2. Stir in chopped mushrooms and cook till no more water is present.
3. Mix all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. On low heat, cook till the mixture thickens.
4. Add pepper and salt to taste.

SERVING
5. Use as required.
