Zucchini with Walnuts
|Salt and pepper||1|
Reserve a few walnut halves for garnish and chop the remainder.
Slice unpeeled zucchini about 1/8 inch thick.
Saute in butter, stirring constantly.
When zucchini is almost tender, add the chopped walnuts and salt and pepper to taste.
Continue cooking until tender.
Garnish with walnut halves.
Makes 6 servings.
