Deep Fried Parsnips

|Panada batter||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Peel and steam the parsnips, whole if small.
Cut into 1/2 inch pieces, turn about in the batter and fry in deep oil.
Oregano or basil chopped into the batter gives a subtle flavour.
