Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsnips 3
  Cream/Top milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Peel and steam parsnips and mash well.
Season with vegetable salt, cinnamon, pepper and stir in with the cream.
Pile into serving dish and decorate with chopped parsley.
