Baked Summer Squash

Do you think you need to frequent a restaurant for a delicious Baked Summer Squash? Absolutely not! Try this recipe and never again will you order this off a menu.
Ingredients
  Hubbard squash 1
  Onions 2
  Tomatoes 4
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Herbs To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease an oven dish.

MAKING
2) Wash the squash well and halve.
3) Deseed and arrange cut side up in the oven dish.
4) Combine the onion, tomatoes, herbs and seasoning.
5) Add a little sugar to taste, and fill in the cavities of the squash.
6) Flake with butter.
7) Place in the hot oven and bake for 45 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve dusted with pepper.
