Cauliflower Medley

Ingredients
  Salad oil 2 Teaspoon
  Small cauliflowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen peas 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped canned pimento 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Add cauliflower and cook, covered over low heat stirring occasionally until al dente.
Add peas and cook 5 to 8 minutes until peas are tender.
Add pimento and season to taste.
Serve.
