Ingredients
  Parsnip 1
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger slices 3 , chopped
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the parsnips by cutting along the length to resemble French fries.

MAKING
2) In a small fry pan, add butter and heat up to melt.
3) Add chopped ginger and sauté for a while.
4) Put the parsnips into pan and pour 2 tablespoons water. Season with salt and pepper.
5) Combine all together and cook for another 3 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot parsnips by topping with butter cubes.
