Haricots Verts Maillanoise
|Green beans||2 Pound (Tiny Size)|
|Salted water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the beans in salted water until just crisply tender.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and garlic.
Add the beans and toss as you would a salad.
Add parsley, and additional salt if needed.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
