Haricots Verts Maillanoise

Ingredients
  Green beans 2 Pound (Tiny Size)
  Salted water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook the beans in salted water until just crisply tender.
Drain well.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and garlic.
Add the beans and toss as you would a salad.
Add parsley, and additional salt if needed.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
