Ingredients
  Leeks 2 , cut in 3 inch x 1/4 inch strips (White Part Only)
  Parsnips 2 , cut in strips same size as leeks
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Finely grated lemon peel 1 , finely grated
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place butter, vegetables and seasonings in microproof casserole.
Cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes, stirring once, until vegetables are glazed and crisp-tender.
