Ingredients
  Tortellini 9 Ounce (1 Package, Refrigerated Meat / Cheese Filled)
  Frozen peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Broccoli flowerets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded fontina cheese/Swiss cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding peas and broccoli to water with pasta; drain. Add cheese, oil, oregano, and crushed red pepper to the pasta-vegetable mixture; toss to mix. If desired, garnish with plum tomato wedges and oregano sprigs.
