Stuffed Honeyed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 6
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Room Temperature)
  Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 220 degrees C.
2.Wash the potatoes.

MAKING
3.In a slow cooker, put the damp potatoes and cook the for 5 hrs. with the cooker's lid on.
4.Once done, remove the top one third of every potato and then scoop the interior out with 1/4th inch shell left.
5.Mash the pulp taken out of the potatoes and mix it well with half and half, honey, cardamom, salt, and margarine or butter.
6.Place the mixture in the potatoes.
7.Top the potataoes with chopped walnuts.
8.On a shallow baking dish, arrange the stuffed potatoes.
8.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown in color.
9.The stuffed potatoes can be refrigerated and baked only before serving.
